Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
No pets. No Smoking. Pets or Smoking indoors will result in a Minimum $500 additional fee.
Room rates are applicable per maximum unit occupancy. There is no additional per person charge.
Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.
50% deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full to guarantee reservation.
A major credit card is required in order to make and guarantee a reservation.
We accept credit cards and personal checks.

1) Cancellations must be received in writing prior to arrival.
2) Cancellations are subject to full rental amount, to be charged on credit card used for deposit.
3) Refunds will be made after cancelled dates have been resold, less a $200 booking fee.
4) Cancellations are subject to forfeiture of full rental amount if cancelled dates are not resold.
5) Cancellations are subject to a $200 booking fee even if cancelled dates are resold.
6) Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Security Deposit:
Security deposit (credit card) is required for any damages or excessive cleaning.
Damage or excessive cleaning charges will be placed on credit card used for to pay for reservation.

After Booking
2) You will receive an e-mail containing our Rental Agreement.
3) Print, Read and Sign each page.

5) After final payment is received you will receive detailed instructions to the lodge along with entry code to door lock.
Once we send the agreement your dates are reserved immediately. No other person can reserve the same dates. Any cancellation after agreement has been sent is subject to cancellation policy.
